Cancellation or rescheduling made within 48 hours of your appointment will result in the deposit being forfeited. Appointments adjusted outside of 48 hours will have the deposit applied toward a future service. A $50 dollar deposit is required to secure your appointment.

No-shows will be treated as cancellations within the 48-hour window. Repeated no-shows or last-minute cancellations may result in the inability to book future appointments.

Late arrivals may result in a shortened service to respect the next clients appointment time.

• Open wounds, fungal infections, cuts, sores, or skin infections on the scalp or neck area

• Contagious conditions (ringworm or lice)

• Recent scalp surgeries or stitches

• Botox or waxing on face within 24 hours

• Sunburn on the scalp

• Allergic to essential oils, herbs, or fragrances

Before You Come:

-Hair must be dry

-Detangle hair before service

-Take off all jewelry

-Minimal or no makeup

-No styling products the day of your service
